As an Administrative Assistant, you will support administrative and operational activities by contributing to process execution, identifying improvement opportunities, and assisting with data analysis and reporting. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and aligned with business requirements.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Providing office and administrative support to teams or individuals.
Assisting with data gathering, reporting, and basic analysis activities.
Handling communication with internal stakeholders to support business operations.
Identifying gaps or inefficiencies in processes and suggesting improvements.
Supporting project activities as a team member to meet defined objectives.
Ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed within defined timelines (typically 1–3 months).
Maintaining documentation and supporting coordination of administrative activities.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience in support services.
Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Be able to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The annual pay scale for this position is between $71,340.00 - $111,730.00.
Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above.
