The Opportunity

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work. The ideal candidate enjoys being part of a collaborative office environment and is comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with project support activities.

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, or project support experience
• Experience within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction) industry is strongly preferred
• Experience supporting construction administration, project coordination, RFIs, submittals, or project documentation is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office skills required
• Experience with Canva or presentation design tools is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams

Work Environment

This is a fully in-office position based in Dallas, TX. Because this role supports daily office operations, front desk responsibilities, and in-person collaboration with project teams, remote work is not available for this position.
