Branch is searching for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. Branch offers a dynamic range of services, including heavy civil construction, design-build, and site development. This person will support the day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsible for maintaining the office location in which assigned, including reception, answering phones, and ordering supplies for office and field employees,
Act as liaison between field employees and corporate office support services.
Assist with the hiring process and subsequent onboarding of new employees as needed
Participate in the planning and coordination of company events
Assist, when requested, in securing hotel reservations for team members having to travel
Process material delivery tickets
Scan and file documents as needed
Maintain employee certification lists, training lists, per diem lists, and other lists as determined by the Operational Team’s needs
Ability to accomplish tasks with minimum supervision
High school diploma/GED minimum, 2-year associates degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Experience in Microsoft Office, for data entry and preparation of spreadsheets
Attention to detail and with strong organizational skills
This position will have none to limited travel.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

This is a full-time hourly position which will typically involve 40 hours a week. Specific working hours may shift to acommadate business needs, but commonly are 7:00am - 4:00pm.
