Crown seeks an Administrative Assistant to become part of a team at our Ontario, California office The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative duties including answering phones, arranging travel and processing travel expense vouchers, transmitting and receiving messages via email, maintaining electronic calendars, coordinating meetings, escorting visitors, maintaining supplies, and typing memoranda.

Schedule & Travel
Typical schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Must be able to work non-standard hours depending on site requirements.
This is a 100% Onsite position.
Compensation
Hourly Rate Range: $20.00 to $29.47 per hour (W2)
Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity considerations.
Crown complies with all applicable state and local pay transparency laws. The listed compensation range represents the good faith salary range for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, geographic considerations, and business needs.
