The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Managers of Pharmacy to assist in establishing, maintaining and improving systems and processes to support the planning and administrative functions of the Pharmacy department.

Experience

• Several years' experience in an administraive role
• Experience working with collective agreements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Administrative Assistant diploma
• Administrative Assistant certificate
• Management certificate
• Management degree/diploma

Other Education and Training

• Equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge and Abilities

• Ability to recognize and maintain confidential information
