About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized, polished, and proactive Administrative Assistant with demonstrated experience in a corporate environment. In this role, you’ll provide critical support to leaders and teams in our Operations and Manufacturing organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling business efficiency.

- Provide administrative support to leaders and cross-functional teams in a corporate, global environment
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling across multiple time zones and shifting priorities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reporting
- Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, and communications for business use
- Facilitate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism
- Work with administrative assistants in other organizations to coordinate schedules, projects and other initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and drive efficiency
- Support projects and initiatives tied to business and operational priorities
- Maintain team office supplies, ordering stock, etc
- Interface with support organizations like IT and Facilities to arrange and coordinate services for team members and support office/cubicle assignments for the team
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation (Teams, Sharepoint, etc)
- 8+ years of administrative experience in a professional, corporate environment (required)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience supporting senior leaders, ideally within a fast-paced or technology-driven company
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, polished tone
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating across teams and regions
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions
- Professional presence and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting executives or senior leadership
- Background in a global corporation, ideally within semiconductor, technology, or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with corporate systems (e.g., travel management, PO placement and similar tools)
- Ability to anticipate needs and operate with a high degree of ownership
