Reporting to the Director, Continuing Care (Regina 1), the confidential administrative assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services for the Director, Manager(s), Housing and Administrative Services, Support Services, support within reception services, and back up support for the Resident Care Department. This team also provides administrative and clerical functions to meet human resource, financial, education service needs. This position contributes to the efficient operation of the Pioneer Village team by providing timely, accurate confidential administrative assistance.
