Support our mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you'll manage scheduling, coordinate administrative functions, and serve as a key liaison between departments. You'll handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure smooth daily operations through effective organization and problem-solving. This position offers the opportunity to make meaningful contributions while working with scientific research and development teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to exercise discretion with confidential information
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with scheduling and calendar management
• Ability to coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Business level English proficiency required; additional languages beneficial
• Physical requirements include prolonged sitting, computer use, and occasional light lifting
