Your role at Clorox:

We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our Auckland office. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth office coordination and effective administrative support.

In this role, you will:

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to team members
  • Coordinate office logistics and supplies requests
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expenses processing
  • Planning and coordination of internal and external events, m anage bookings, catering, onsite activities.
  • Manage facilities, maintenance requests, and general office upkeep
  • Process invoices, track and reconcile office‑related expenses
  • Support compliance with WHS requirements, internal policies, & local regulations
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support as required

What we look for:

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Part Time: 2 Days On-site
