OBJECTIVES

Position is responsible for supporting the Risk Management Division in the execution of its mission and objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Support preparation of risk management committee materials (calendaring, agendas, meeting packages, minute preparation, etc.) for Management Risk Committee, Board Risk Committee, Operational Risk Committee, Model Risk Management Committee, Business Continuity Committee, and Data Governance Committee;
  • Coordinate and support periodic management reports including Risk Management Status Reports, Project Plans, and/or Task Lists;
  • Support general office needs of risk management personnel including supply ordering, IT requests, invoice processing, mail pick-up/distribution, conference line set-up, meeting set-up, special event planning, escorting visitors, etc. Serves as Emergency Preparedness Team Leader for Risk Management at 1710 Gervais St.
  • Support risk management personnel in developing presentation materials through PowerPoint and other office automation tools;
  • Performs other duties as assigned including data (collection/input/validation/follow-up) needs of Risk Management groups including BCP, Data Governance, ERM, Model Risk, Regulatory Relations and Vendor Management.

COMPETENCIES

  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be detail oriented and have an ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in MS Office application especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Positive attitude and energy

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Education High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Prior administrative office support experience.
  • Knowledge General banking knowledge (banking operations experience considered a plus)

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES

Required annual compliance training.
