The Office of Juvenile Justice is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant 4 to provide administrative support to facility leadership and help ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism and accuracy.
As an Administrative Assistant 4, you will play a key role in supporting office operations through communication, recordkeeping, correspondence, purchasing support, and administrative coordination. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Compensation: $15.76 - $27.01 hourly
