What You'll Do:

  • Executive Partnership - Serve as the trusted right hand to two leaders, managing complex calendars and prioritizing critical engagements
  • Global Coordination - Orchestrate seamless domestic and international travel and worldwide meetings
  • Strategic Communication - Handle high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports with discretion
  • Event Excellence - Plan and execute leadership meetings, employee celebrations, and strategic planning sessions
  • Organizational Leadership - Maintain SharePoint sites, organizational charts, and recognition programs
  • Proactive Problem-Solving - Anticipate needs and resolve challenges before they impact leadership

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 7 years of experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • 5 years of experience coordinating international & domestic travel for leaders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel with a focus on aligning schedules to business priorities
  • Serve as a gatekeeper by triaging incoming requests, balancing urgency with strategic importance, and ensuring leadership focus remains on critical work
  • Leverage technology, including AI tools, to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve overall productivity and how work is performed
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
