Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily office operations by organizing files, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring a productive work environment that supports team efficiency and collaboration.
  2. Handle data entry and record-keeping tasks with a high level of accuracy, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for team members.
  3. Provide administrative support by preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements to facilitate smooth operations within the organization.
  4. Assist in coordinating project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned on project goals and expectations.
  5. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to projects and company operations, adhering to best practices and organizational policies.
  6. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create presentations and documentation that effectively communicate project updates and administrative information to stakeholders.
  7. Demonstrate reliability and professionalism by consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work across all administrative tasks.
  8. Participate in team meetings by sharing updates on ongoing projects and contributing ideas to improve team collaboration and performance.

Skills

  • Bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong typing speed and data entry skills to efficiently manage information and maintain accurate records for projects and operations.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy to ensure all documentation and communications are error-free and professional.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, enabling you to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations that support administrative functions.
  • Administrative coordination skills to facilitate smooth operations and ensure all team members are informed and aligned on tasks.
  • Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively to clients, partners, and colleagues, fostering positive relationships.
