
Chilton Community Primary School are seeking a friendly, organised and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our busy school office team on a 12‑month fixed‑term maternity cover contract, commencing September 2026.
This key role supports the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the school office and reception, working closely with the Office Manager, Head of School and Executive Headteacher. You will act as the first point of contact for parents, pupils, visitors and external agencies and will provide high‑quality administrative support across the school.
