Job Description

Triple-S Steel is a family-owned business that has grown into one of the largest suppliers of structural steel products in the country. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This key role supports daily interaction with customers in our retail warehouse operation, supports office operations, with a focus on billing/invoicing, and organizing maintenance schedules, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly personality for being customer-facing, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
  • Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail.
  • Prior billing experience.
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
  • Experience as an office receptionist is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
  • Proficient in using computer software relevant to administrative functions.
