NOW HIRING: Administrative Assistant at our Wilmington location. As an Administrative Assistant, you would be asked to assist office teammates and all customers by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Backup support for receptionist in answering phones
• Receiving loss information & documenting accurate information & scheduling vendors
• Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence
• Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the office team
• Send and follow up on required job-related documentation

Position Requirements

• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Experience in service industry environment a plus
• Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
• Valid Driver's License

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
