What You'll Do as an Administrative Assistant:

  • Answer & Direct incoming phone calls and serve and assist with front office duties for the office.
  • Greet visitors and provide professional front-office support to customers and vendors.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages and handle general office assistantduties.
  • Perform administrative assistant tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Support communication and coordination across departments to keep office operations running smoothly.
  • Assist with basic accounting support, including data entry, recordkeeping, and reconciliation tasks.
  • Help process sales support and administrativepaperwork, ensuring documents are accurate and complete.
  • Work with internal teams to support administrative processes and office workflow.

Our Ideal Administrative Assistant:

  • Experienced: 3+ years of administrative assistant or office assistant experience; familiarity with timekeeping systems and basic accounting or bookkeeping preferred; high school diploma required.
  • Organized: Manages multiple tasks, maintains accuracy in data entry and documentation, and keeps office operations running smoothly.
  • Professional: Communicates clearly, handles sensitive information with discretion, and stays composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable: Follows through on responsibilities and manages priorities with consistency.
  • Independent: Works effectively without close supervision and takes ownership of daily tasks.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn internal systems.

What We Offer Our Administrative Assistant:

  • Full-time position, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • $50,000-$55,000 per year
