Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facials, and hair removal services. With over 500 independently owned and operated locations across the US and Canada, the Hand & Stone brand is a leader in the membership-based spa services industry.

Our location in Spring is seeking a talented individual to join our team with a primary role as an Administrative Assistant while also supporting our spa's growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain employee schedules, payroll summaries, inventory sheets, and other documentation
• Prepare marketing material to be used inside and outside of the spa for promotions, announcements, and other communications
• Act as spa liaison to the community’s schools, businesses, gyms, and other organizations
• Be an active part of our front desk team that welcomes our clients and increases our membership
• Provide excellent customer service to our members and clients
• Capable of working a flexible shift to meet the needs of the spa
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Bring a positive and energetic attitude
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
• Perform other duties as assigned

Our Ideal candidate should be comfortable with:

• Back-office support (accounting, payroll, inventory, etc.) using Excel and Word
• Marketing support using Canva or other visual programs
• Tasks requiring proficiency in writing, basic math, worksheets, and computers
• Documentation controls

Qualifications:

• A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Work experience with Excel and Word
• Must be exceptionally organized, dependable, and have great attention to detail
• Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Weekend availability required

Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
