Job Description

Schedule: Full-time / Monday - Friday

Location: 100% in the office

Pay range: $25.75/hr.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of our organization. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative and clerical support to various departments and assisting in the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. You will be expected to handle a range of tasks with precision, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities: Office Management: Maintain an organized and welcoming office environment. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Administrative Support: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, employees, and external partners. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, and manage calendars for team members. Prepare and distribute internal and external corresponden
