The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day functioning of executive and office operations. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing documents and reports, and supporting internal and external communications. The position requires a high level of professionalism, organization, accuracy, and confidentiality while supporting senior management and cross‑functional teams.
