We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you’ll be supporting production tracking, administrative tasks, and coordination between internal teams. If you enjoy keeping things running smoothly and have a knack for data and organization, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support production tracking and reporting, including metrics monitoring and time variance updates.
• Enter melt tickets, saw returns, and managing metal inventory.
• Perform general administrative and organizational duties to support both operations and executive leadership.
• Create and manage reports, presentations, and communications using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Experience with data entry and database systems

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
