Qualifications:
3‑5 years of high‑impact executive support – ideally in a ministry, nonprofit, or purpose‑driven organization where you’ve helped senior leaders stay focused on the mission.

Process champion – you love taking routine projects from start to finish and designing new workflows that solve emerging needs, always looking for sustainable improvements.
Creative problem‑solver – you approach challenges with fresh ideas and turn obstacles into opportunities for efficiency.
Tech‑savvy pro – comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite—especially Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel—and quick to adopt new tools that boost productivity.
