Friendship Village is seeking a compassionate and energetic individual to join our Assisted Living team as our Administrative who is responsible for maintaining office supplies, handling office related functions, serving as administrative assistant to the Director of Woodside Resident Care and Administrator, working closely with Nurse Supervisor, Department Directors, residents, visitors, and staff. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling, benefits, and a fun work environment with a starting pay of $17.00 per hour. Ready to jump into a role that matters?

Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing each day as an Administrative Assistant:

  • Open and close the reception desk and properly secure all files, keys, doors and equipment in the office area.
  • Welcomes visitors, vendors, and/or residents, answer phones, answers questions, handles inquiries and refer to proper departments.
  • Accepts and records, as directed, payments, reservations, appointments, cancellations, etc.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English. Able to perform simple mathematics and thorough knowledge and skill in typing, word processing, and excel programs.
  • High School graduate. Two years of general office management experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, be exact in performance and work well without direct supervision.
