Salary Range: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 Salary/month
Job Shift: Day1. General Office Administration
- Assist in day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of documents (both physical and digital).
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs (stationery, IT support, housekeeping, etc.).
2. Meeting & Travel Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodations, and transportation for employees and visitors.
3. HR & Employee Support
- Assist with onboarding new employees (document collection, workstation setup, ID card processing, etc.).
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Support HR in organizing office events, training sessions, and welfare activities.
4. Record Keeping & Data Entry
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company data and documents.
5. Office Maintenance & Support
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of office spaces in coordination with housekeeping staff.
- Report any maintenance issues (electricity, plumbing, IT, etc.) to the concerned department.
- Monitor office security and access control (visitor log, ID checks, etc.).
6. Finance & Expense Management (If Required)
- Assist in managing petty cash expenses and maintaining records.
- Support finance teams with invoice processing and vendor payments.
- Help in budget tracking for office supplies and administrative expenses.
Degree
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience: 1-3 years in an administrative or office support role.

- - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- - Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
