OFFICE ASSOCIATE - Temporary Administrative Assistant

Our Administrative Assistants are trained to provide exceptional support to ensure efficient operation of the office. We understand the importance of having Office Associates that are capable and available to support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
Provide information by answering questions and requests
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Maintain contact list
Arrange meetings, attend and take meeting minutes as required
Prepare and submit purchase orders and expense reports
Perform clerical work as required
Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, or payroll
Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum three (3) years experience in an office setting or administrative role
