Administrative Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any 4-year course. Preferably Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Management, Marketing, Office Administration, Secretarial, HRM, or equivalent.
  • With good communication skills. Ability to multi-task, organized, attention to details and accuracy.
  • Good computer literacy including solid working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and database management.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, with strong time management skills, resourceful.
  • Able to work productively under pressure and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City or Cubao, Quezon City.

Administrative Assistant provides efficient support to the Department and the Executive office. With thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles. Duties include general clerical, assist the President & Board Chairman, Minutes of meetings and maintaining appropriate filing systems.

KEY TASKS

  • Provide quality assistance to Administrative Department
  • Set-up, attend and take notes/minutes of the meetings of Admin and Mancom
  • Maintains and monitors inventory of office supplies of the department
  • Assist and accomplishes other tasks as maybe assigned from time to time by the Office of The President & Board Chairman
