About the Role:Join The Learning Experience #253 in Northport, NY as an Administrative Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our vibrant educational environment. Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative tasks to support staff and enhance productivity.
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
• Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring easy access to information.
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries.
• Handle correspondence and communication with parents and external partners.
• Implement office procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
