CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Rocky Hill, CT

Pay rate $20/hr +, based on experience!

• Data Entry
• Filing
• Invoicing
• Purchase orders
• Accounts Receivable/Payable
• Creating and maintaining reports in MS Excel
• Processing all incoming & outgoing mail

Candidate Qualifications:

• SAP Experience Preferred
• Excellent communication, follow up, interpersonal skills
• Administrative Assistant experience in a fast paced environment preferred
• Able to work independently
• Organizational & data entry skills with attention to detail
• Superb time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy
• Working knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, and the Internet
