ELS is hiring for the position of Administrative Assistant in Oceanside, California.
What you’ll do:
The Operations Assistantprovides comprehensiveclerical, administrative and operations support and attends to managers’ requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Your job will include:
Perform standard administrative duties(e.g., answering phones, scheduling meetings, etc.) and ensure that the office runs in a smooth and efficient manner.
Greet guestsin a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain current records of company policies and procedures.
Write and distribute reports and business correspondence.
Organize and maintain files and order office supplies.
Create and edit required documents, presentations, files, spreadsheets, databases and financial reports.
Coordinate travel for executives and managers.
Research and implement company-sponsored activities.
Support receptionists and other administrative staff as needed.
Recommend operational improvements to managers.
Work on ad hoc projects as requested.
Experience & skills you’ll need:
High school diploma, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
1+ year of office experience.
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, as well as the ability to perform word processing and data entry.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meetdeadlines.

Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule as required.

Estimated compensation for this position in the states of BC, CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT and WA is:
Hourly: $20.00 - $22.00
