Administrative Assistant

Pay Range: $20-22/hour
Location: Johnstown, CO
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Type: Contract-to-Permanent Hire

How you’ll spend your time as an Administrative Assistant:

• Create accurate shipping and freight labels.
• Assist with purchasing responsibilities.
• Enter orders into Microsoft Word and Excel with strong attention to detail.
• Provide general office support, including documentation, filing, and data entry.
• Assist with coordinating daily office tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Support internal teams as needed to ensure efficient workflow.

Skills & experience we’d like you to have as an Administrative Assistant:

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• 2-3 years prior administrative or office support experience preferred.
• Highly organized with strong adaptability.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
• Professional demeanor and solid work ethic.
• Clean background and professional references.
