Job Shift: AnyEssential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The successful candidate will perform Administrative Assistant functions for a fast-paced SOF GLSS program. Assistant must interface effectively with all levels of employees, internal and external, and within the Corporation, and with representatives external to Lockheed Martin, treating all with respect and dignity. Assistant must exhibit excellent workload prioritization skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and events with many different organizations and groups, and external parties, oftentimes with short deadlines. Assistant must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, and maintain excellent relationships with client groups.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Organizing New Employee Orientation
- Assistance with I-9 processing and New Hire paperwork
- Manage travel itineraries for external candidates and internal employees
- Organize training sessions and maintain training records (automated and manual)
Qualifications
Required Education and
Experience:
- Previous Administrative support experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Demonstrated effective analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage sensitive information and protect confidential data
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, self-starter, and strong organizational skills
- Must have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
- Demonstrated experience managing confidential/sensitive data
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce highly professional documents and correspondence
- Familiar with Air Force policies and procedures
- Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills

- Eligible and obtain (if required) a DoD Personnel Security Clearance.
- Must comply with all company Information Systems security policies and procedures.
Language Skills
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret the complex word and technical documents/diagrams.
Must be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing and work effectively as part of a team.
Reasoning Ability and Mathematical Skills
Must be able to analyze problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. An ability to interpret complex customer requirements and attitudes from verbal, non-verbal, and written communication is desirable. Must be able to calculate figures and numbers, and percentages and be able to draw and interpret graphs. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and drawings.
