Responsibilities: This person will represent MFA Incorporated professionally and courteously to customers, visitors, and employees as the first line of communication to the Home Office. This position performs receptionist duties and various administrative work. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.
What You’ll Do
Greet and screen internal and external customers, visitors, employees, and applicants according to corporate security procedures and direct them to the appropriate departments and/or employees
Operate the switchboard efficiently and professionally, routing callers with minimal delay
Produce neat, accurate, professional, and timely documents using Microsoft Office and/or Adobe software (postcards, name tags, table tents, forms, mail merges, meeting materials, document revisions, etc)
Stay current on industry-relevant software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe, to perform document creation

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Experience with Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
