Job Description

Location: Phoenix, AZ1/12/2026

Administrative Assistant Wage: $21-$25 / hr

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling document control in support of management

Duties and Responsibilities

· Answer emails and direct phone calls to the appropriate people

· Assist with weekly timecards

· Data entry

· Order office supplies/jobsite materials

· Basic IT requests

· Execute/sort incoming and outgoing mail and packages

· Invoice Coding and knowledge of cost codes

· Assist in new hire onboarding

· Manage site badging for field employees

· General office administrative duties

· Additional tasks as needed

Requirements

· Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

· Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities

· Communication skills

· Previous Administrative experience in an office setting

· Ability to operate common office equipment

· The ability to support multiple projects and travel between multiple job sites

  • Work diplomatically with Project Manager, QA/QC, Division Office, Field, and Client
