What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
• Complete all daily operations concerning filing of invoices, adjustments, bookkeeping, bank deposits, and other data handling activities at our service center.
• Ensure that appropriate accounting controls and records are maintained.
• Assist with sales by greeting customers, taking messages or answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and preparing work orders for our service department.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns professionally.
• Provide additional support to the store operations as needed.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in an administrative or office support
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
