Duration: 6-Month Contract

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this role, you will support three Senior Directors; two within Running and one supporting Olympics and Paralympics Design. Your responsibilities will span calendar management, meeting coordination, expense reporting, and general office support.

General Support

  • Perform standard office functions including setting up and maintaining files
  • Interview callers and make appropriate referrals
  • Arrange meetings and conferences
  • Receive, refer, and respond to mail and correspondence
  • Review drafts and finished documents for grammatical accuracy
  • Answer questions related to office operations, policies, and procedures
  • Gather, compile, and report on information relevant to supervisor assignments
  • Prepare expense reports and purchase orders
  • Maintain office supplies and update organizational charts
  • Coordinate department or equipment moves

Reception

  • Respond tactfully and promptly to inquiries and issues within established authority
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Serve as a central point of contact for general department information

Logistics

  • Coordinate a full range of meeting, event, and travel arrangements
  • Manage calendars for multiple senior leaders
  • Work with internal and external contacts for venue selection, room setup, catering, and materials delivery
  • Utilize Nike's online reservation system to ensure compliance with Nike travel policy
  • Liaise with travel agents, airlines, and vendors on planning and customer service matters

Presentations

  • Create high-quality graphic and text presentations, often under tight deadlines
  • Interpret needs, determine effective layouts, and organize final documents

Reporting

  • Prepare special reports by selecting and compiling relevant information from a variety of sources
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Prior Nike experience or experience within a large, matrixed organization
