Job Description

This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by providing administrative support to the Lorton, VA. location. Hours of responsibility: Monday – Friday; 8am – 4:30pm.

Responsibilities

  • Cashier Geo routes daily
  • Reconciliation of all GLs and Logbooks
  • Back up assistance for CTS Cases and Documentation Research
  • Maintain accurate and organized document archiving while executing PepsiCo Document Record Retention policy concerning all required administrative processes supported.
  • Schedule monthly meetings with location leadership to review necessary documents for Control.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $43,500 - $69,400.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/ GED required.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience providing administrative process influence in similar industry.
  • Prior bookkeeping experience and/or general accounting principal knowledge required.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Teams, and Excel.
  • Aptitude to work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Outstanding organization, time management, and strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds, work while standing and complete repetitive lift & bend actions.
