The employee in this position will serve as the Administrative Assistant to the Regional Manager of the Harrisburg Regional Counseling Center, which serves employees who work, and retirees who live, in Dauphin, Lebanon, Perry, Cumberland, Adams, and York counties. This position supports grieving families through facilitating the death benefit process when a member collecting a monthly pension payment dies. The position also assists in receiving visitors, answering telephones, opening and distributing mail, and scanning and indexing returned forms.
