Are you a go-getter who's aiming to build a career in the healthcare field? If you're a driven, technically savvy individual with experience this part time position is for you! JOB SUMMARY:
Administration of QuickBooks
Responsible for timely and accurate billing of all claims
Manage elements of client accounts, such as billing and reimbursement
Process daily deposits
Post payments to accounts within the instructed time frame
Monitor remittances for any payments not received
Follow up on outstanding client/insurance balances
File daily correspondence, perform specialized duties for the team and assist with daily activities, maintain a thorough knowledge of tasks
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required
QuickBooks Experience a must, medical terminology, knowledge of insurance and reimbursement procedures preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years Business Office experience in a healthcare environment, preferred two years' experience in medical billing preferred, accurate, swift, data entry abilities
Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
