Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be part of a centralized administrative environment working to meet the growing demands of the business, serving as the center hub of the department and coordinating between Apple's employees and the outside world. The ideal candidate takes a proactive approach to administrative duties, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively on a wide range of confidential and time-sensitive assignments.

We're looking for a passionate and ambitious teammate who's well-organized, able to effectively multi-task and prioritize in an ever-changing environment, and takes initiative. In this position, you'll provide administrative support to leaders, contribute to operations and other key areas of the business, and help keep people organized and focused across multiple dynamic environments. Most importantly, you'll become a trusted source of support that others can count on, playing an integral role in the continued success and growth of a high-energy, rapidly growing, dynamic team.

We’re looking for a highly organized, independently motivated, resourceful team player who's ready to turn every day into a chance to make the workplace better than it was yesterday. The role requires both physical and cognitive capabilities to effectively manage the dynamic environment. Physical requirements include the ability to move between buildings, transport supplies, and handle light office tasks like setting up meeting spaces and events.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative
Demonstrates an ability to anticipate needs and changes, then reacts with the best interest of the business in mind
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks with an acute attention to detail, in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
Possess a “can-do” attitude

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of Administrative Assistant experience supporting a Director (high-tech industry a plus)
Complex calendar management experience
Proficiency in Apple products and programs, such as Calendar, Numbers and Keynote
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships cross-functionally
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong sense of professionalism
