You'll sit mainly in Sydney ops, and across national teams in VIC, QLD, and WA, with the kind of administrative backbone that keeps everything connected. That means compliance documentation, operational tracking, reporting, records management, and the cross-departmental follow-through that most people underestimate until it doesn't happen.
This role carries real responsibility. You'll work directly with operations and leadership teams, flag problems before they become ones, and help build better systems as we grow. If you're someone who finds a messy process and wants to fix it, you'll find plenty to work with here.
Requirements
You're the right fit if:
You've got 3 to 5 years of serious admin experience in a complex, fast-moving environment.
You understand compliance administration isn't red tape, it's risk management. You know how to work across departments without losing the thread.
You're tech-confident across Google Workspace and Excel, and you pick up new systems quickly.
Logistics or operations background is a plus. What matters more is that you're sharp, structured, and not intimidated by an industry that's changing fast.
