For the 50Hz project (construction of two landfalls for the electrical connection between the Ostwind 4 offshore wind farm, the Danish island of Bornholm, and the German coast), we are looking for an Administrative and Financial Manager.
You will report directly to the Project Manager, and the Deputy CFO of BESSAC, based in France, will support you in successfully carrying out your missions. You will join a passionate team made up of site engineers and production teams.
As part of your role, you will be involved in all administrative and financial aspects of the ongoing project, including:
Accounting & Treasury
Management Control
Human Resources
Legal & Insurance
Purchasing & Logistics
Administration
With a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in finance and accounting, you have at least 5 years of experience as an Administrative and Financial Manager, ideally gained within a construction or civil engineering company in an international environment.
You have a strong interest in IT tools and have already worked with systems such as ERP software.
You are also well‑versed in performance bonds and subcontracting contracts in the construction sector.
The position requires operational proficiency in both German and English.
The role demands strong abilities to understand teams and contexts in order to choose the right organizational structures and make sound decisions, as each project is entirely different.
Excellent communication and pedagogical skills are expected when interacting with Project Managers to clearly explain issues and options.
This position is not for you if…
You are not interested in the diversity of tasks the role offers. You will work on financial matters, administrative project management, and also the monitoring of travel and visas for project staff.
You require daily supervision. This role calls for autonomy and adaptability.
If you do not feel comfortable in this environment, we invite you to explore our other opportunities within the VINCI Group for a future application.
