Join our dynamic rehab team! We're looking for a motivated Administrative Aide to support both front desk operations and hands-on rehab care to our specialty outpatient clinic: Crestwood Clinic (orthopedic & lymphedema).

This is a full-time opportunity for someone excited to work in a dynamic, patient-centered environment. Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends!

Ideal Candidate

• Enthusiastic about joining a thriving, energetic team
• Prior experience in a therapy clinic or healthcare setting preferred
• Familiarity with EMR systems and/or patient scheduling software
• Understanding of patient insurance benefits and ability to explain them
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and service
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients and therapists
• Team-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable using departmental computer systems

Key Responsibilities

Rehabilitation Aide Duties:

• Assist licensed therapists with therapeutic exercises and treatment procedures
• Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment
• Support therapists with patient-related tasks and equipment orders
• Clean and maintain therapy/exercise equipment

Administrative Duties:

• Answer phones and schedule patient appointments
• Register new patients and collect co-pays
• Organize and compile patient charts
• Perform weekly office supply inventory
• Input patient transactions and manage clinic data
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
• Perform end-of-day procedures including financial reconciliation, deposits, and schedule management
