Your Role

Based at our Albion Park Rail branch, the part-time (25 hours per week) Administration & Systems Officer will play a key role in supporting branch operations through accurate financial reporting, system administration, and stock control.

You’ll manage data integrity across Sympac and Excel-based reporting, assist with pricing and purchasing processes, and ensure branch reporting and system routines are completed accurately and on time.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reports.
  • Analyse sales, purchasing, and margin data to ensure accuracy and identify trends.
  • Support month-end tasks including aged debtors, stock reports, and purchase budget analysis.
  • Maintain product pricing and supplier information within the Sympac ERP system.
  • Review purchase orders, claims, and invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform regular data backups, manage system access, and support local IT administration.
  • Assist the branch manager with ad hoc reporting, performance data, and operational insights.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Proven experience in administration, finance support, or stock control.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems – Sympac experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with initiative and accountability.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
