The Administrative Support (Sales & Construction) role provides essential coordination and administrative assistance across sales and project-related functions. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and well-organized information flow between consultants, internal teams, and stakeholders to support successful project delivery and sales operations.

The role requires strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to manage multiple documentation and reporting tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Assist sales consultants and project teams with day-to-day administrative requirements
  • Ensure timely preparation and coordination of sales-related documentation and updates

Indicative Valuations

  • Prepare and maintain indicative property valuations as required
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of valuation data used for client presentations and internal reporting

Handover Information & Presentations

  • Compile and organize complete handover documentation for internal teams and clients
  • Support preparation of presentation materials for sales meetings and project updates
  • Ensure all materials are accurate, professional, and delivered on time

Property Investment Analysis (PIA) Updates

  • Update and maintain Property Investment Analysis (PIA) reports
  • Ensure data accuracy and alignment with current project information

RP Data Updates

  • Maintain and update RP Data records as required
  • Ensure property and market data is current, reliable, and properly documented

Property Brochures

  • Assist in the preparation and updating of property brochures and marketing materials
  • Ensure consistency of information across all sales collateral

Key Competencies

  • Proficiency in handling data and documentation

Work Setup:

  • Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - 3:00PM
  • Full-time on-site at Clark, Pampanga
