Our telecare team have an exciting opportunity for a confident, tech-savvy and multi-tasking administrator to join them. The role is part time, 28 hours per week, Monday to Thursday – 0800 to 1530.
This role will provide administration & high-level customer service support to meet the needs of our customers. You will be responding to customer queries through outbound responses via calling or written communications to deliver exceptional customer service.
