
About the role
Mater Private Hospital Redlands is seeking an experienced Administration Support Officer to join our Theatre Bookings team in a Maximum Term Part Time position (20 hours per week) from August 2026 to April 2027
Working Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm, you'll play an integral role in coordinating theatre bookings and providing exceptional administrative support within a busy hospital environment. Working closely with clinical teams, Visiting Medical Officers and external stakeholders, you'll help ensure the smooth delivery of patient care behind the scenes.
Salary range: $39.79 - $44.25 per hour plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
