About the Role:

As an Administration Support Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for job seekers and stakeholders, ensuring they receive professional and courteous service. You’ll also provide essential administrative support to the case management team and contribute to a well-organised and resourceful reception area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to job seekers, employees, and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception and waiting area.
  • Assist the Case Management Coordinator and Regional Manager with administrative duties.
  • Accurately input and manage data in the CDP IT system, including scheduling and updating job seeker appointments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.

What You’ll Need

  • Current C Class Driver’s License (essential)
  • National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
