In this role, you'll:


Working as part of a team delivering administrative and executive support services, this role is responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day business operations.

This role will see you coordinate meetings and calendars, manage procurement and invoice processes, maintain records, prepare business documentation and support project delivery.

You will drive efficient administrative services in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and diverse stakeholder needs.

About you


Your organisation, communication and customer service skills will enable you to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality support.


You're a proactive and organised professional, experienced in administration or business support and skilled at building effective stakeholder relationships.

Work Location

The preferred location for this role is Parkes, we are open to considering candidates based at other regional NSW locations.
