About the Role:

This is an ongoing casual position based at our Tamworth site. 

The Administration Support Officer works to provide high quality administrative support to their relevant Operations Department. This role delivers holistic task assistance to support in meeting contract delivery and performance requirements. The Administration Support Officer serves as a liaison between the site teams and local employers to ensure teams are aware of available opportunities for referral to employment.

Key Result Area 1: Collaboration & Relationship Building Objectives:
• Proactively collaborate and provide intensive administrative support to assigned Area/ Department
• Build and maintain effective relationships, driving active collaboration with relevant internal teams.
• Liaise with key external stakeholders to ensure high quality customer service is provided.
• Actively seek team feedback and collaboration opportunities.


Key Result Area 2: Performance Support Objectives:

• Provide high quality administrative task assistance to ensure the relevant Area/ Department is adequately supported.
• Ensure administration and processing tasks are actioned and completed effectively and efficiently.
• Obtain and maintain relevant Contractual knowledge to ensure a high-quality standard within relevant tasks.
• Collaborate with relevant site teams and leaders to provide ad hoc administrative task support.
• Effectively utilise a range of IT systems to support performance achievement, including BEST systems and the Department IT System.


Key Result Area 3: Customer Service Objectives:
• Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers (site teams, caseload customers and employers).
• Effectively triage incoming contact and ensure timely action of customer requests.
• Support in ad hoc duties that support customer satisfaction and performance requirements.


About You: 


Skills, Experience and Attributes:

• Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
• High level attention to detail.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• A demonstrated ability to confidently manage conflict and achieve positive outcomes. • A demonstrated ability to build, maintain and grow professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• A demonstrated ability to engage and work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Previous experience in an administration, reception and/or customer service role.

Qualifications, Licenses and Checks:


• Relevant qualifications in Administration or Employment Services and/or Community Services desired, but not essential.
• Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
