The primary function of the Production Administrator is to ensure a wide range of Production (Packing) administration tasks are achieved.
The role operates on a day shift:
Monday to Friday – 07:30 – 15:30 (Flexible times can be discussed).
Reporting to the Lead Production Administrator, the Administrator will contribute a high level of support to the Manufacturing teams and will be a point of contact for Production documentation control with the Quality team.
All duties must be carried in line with all the relevant Health, Safety and Environmental regulations, SOP’s, Company Policies and guidelines set out by Ernest Jackson relating to your employment, duties and associated tasks. These must be followed at all times with any & all deviations from process escalated appropriately.
Any other duties considered to be reasonable by your Line Manager.
How you will contribute
You will:
Liaise with various agencies to assist Production with recruitment of personnel.
Maintain strong working relationships with all levels of the Production team, Quality Team and HR.
Facilitate and minute take CFC (Cause for concern meetings – levels 1 & 2 for the Production teams.
Provide help and assistance with all Production Administrative duties as and when required.
Receive and check all Packing records to ensure compliance and coordinate their submission to QA.
Collate and document all RFT figures for Production Documentation, to aid improvement.
Ensure an accurate filing system of all documents is maintained.
As required, modify Packing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain all documentation on EQMS (the internal document management system).
Ensure compliance with all relevant standards of documentation.
Support where necessary the various IT systems (Tensor, EQMS).
Be the Production administrator for the electronic document system on site (EQMS) – uploading documents to this system.
Update the Time and Attendance System (Tensor) with Annual Leave requests (recording absence data, tracking CFC trigger points and initiating the CFC meetings with the Production Team Leaders).
